En zo gaat het nu eenmaal:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-2-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h2><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>voor de soep<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 grote ui <\/li><li>1 wortel <\/li><li>250 g knolselderij <\/li><li>1 knoflookteen <\/li><li>1 stuk gember (ca. 2 cm) <\/li><li>1 kleine rode chili <\/li><li>2 eetlepels pindaolie <\/li><li>2 theelepels kerriepoeder <\/li><li>2 theelepels Garam Masala kruidenmengsel <\/li><li>1 grote appel <\/li><li>1 rijpe mango <\/li><li>1 eetlepel meel <\/li><li>1 liter kippenbouillon <\/li><li>750 g kipfilet <\/li><li>250 ml kokosmelk <\/li><li>1 limoen <\/li><li>150 g rode linzen <\/li><li>150 ml slagroom <\/li><li>0,5 boskoriander <\/li><li>Zout <\/li><li>Cayennepeper <\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h2><strong>Voorbereiding<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Eerst de ui in fijne stukjes snijden, de wortel en de selderij schillen en in blokjes snijden. <\/li><li>Hak nu de knoflook, gepelde gember en chilipeper in zeer fijne stukjes. <\/li><li>Verhit vervolgens de pindakaasolie in een grote soeppot en stoom de bereide ingredi\u00ebnten tot ze doorschijnend zijn. <\/li><li>Schil de mango en de appel, snijd ze in grove stukken en doe alles in de soeppot. <\/li><li>Zodra de mango en de appel kort gestoomd zijn, bestrooi je alles met bloem en giet je de kippenbouillon in de pot. <\/li><li>Als de soep is opgekookt, doe je de kippenborsten in de pot en laat je ze 20 minuten koken. <\/li><li>Haal dan de kippenborsten eruit met een schuimspaan en laat ze afkoelen op een bord. <\/li><li>Laat de soep nog 30 minuten sudderen zonder vlees. <\/li><li>Pureer de soep vervolgens met een staafmixer, voeg de kokosmelk en het limoensap toe en breng het op smaak. <\/li><li>Plaats vervolgens de rode linzen in kokend gezouten water, laat het ongeveer 8 minuten koken en laat de linzen uitlekken in een zeef. <\/li><li>Scheur nu de kippenborstfilets grofweg in stukken en doe ze samen met de linzen in de soeppot. <\/li><li>Tot slot kun je de soep verfijnen met de verse koriander en wat room, maar de korianderblaadjes moeten niet worden gestrooid op de soep tot het opdienen. <\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Verse ingredi\u00ebnten voor een exotisch lekkere smaak.
