Sofern es sich bei dem Anliegen um einen Fall handelt, den wir per Videocall ganz leicht und bequem l\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen, bekommt der Kunde einen entsprechenden Link von uns zugeschickt. \u00dcber diesen Link kann man dann direkt zum Videocall weitergeleitet werden.
